Sunflower Nature Study Video Class
In the upcoming No Sweat Nature Study video class about sunflowers, students will take a closer look at the entire sunflower life cycle – from seed to sprout to full-grown flower. They’ll label the parts of a sunflower, learn how it follows the sun, and discover why sunflowers are such an important food source for both people and animals.
As always, the class includes a creative nature journaling activity. This time, students will be inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s famous sunflower paintings as they sketch and paint their own scientific sunflower art. It’s the perfect blend of science and creativity, and a great way to keep learning fun and meaningful!
