Grace. Give yourself grace right now. Give your kids grace, too. And, of course, give homeschooling some grace. ⁣

Charting unknown and scary territory takes work and can take a toll. It’s okay if things need to look different in homeschooling right now. It’s also okay if sticking to your regular schedule brings you peace. You get to decide how much is enough and how much is too much during crazy times. ⁣
⁣
Truthfully, every day changes around here. One day, homeschooling structure holds us together. Another day, putting everything aside for something fresh and different is what we need. ⁣
⁣
There is one thing that remains consistent from one day to the next for me. I’m always searching for the blessings and reminding my family to do the same. There are blessings upon blessings everywhere you look if you’ll keep your eyes open. Those blessings are a constant reminder that our God is still completely in control and loves us with an incredible love. ⁣

Rest easy, sweet Lilly. I hope there’s lots of water to play in where you are. I hope you’re getting to herd cattle, fetch sticks, and boss other dogs around. Thank you for being such a wonderful friend to my babies, especially my @mahaylawest_1. We’re all heartbroken today. 😢
