At Our Journey Westward, we’re committed to providing high-quality, meaningful educational resources for homeschool families, co-ops, and classrooms. Because most of our resources are digital and available immediately, we’ve designed our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and supportive.

No Sweat Nature Study LIVE Membership

All sales are final.

The LIVE membership gives you instant access to a growing library of video lessons and downloads. Because this is a subscription-based product with immediate and ongoing access, we do not offer refunds.

Not sure if it’s the right fit? We recommend starting with a monthly membership, which can be easily canceled at any time. It’s a great way to try before you commit!

No Sweat Nature Study On-Demand Charter Access

(One-Time Purchase, 10-Month Access)

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% administrative fee.

This special version of No Sweat Nature Study is designed for charter clients and grants 10 months of video-only access starting from the purchase date. If your purchase isn’t the right fit, you may request a refund within 30 days. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted to cover access setup and processing.

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, and access will remain available through the end of the 10-month period.

PDF Products & Downloads

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our PDF products, refunds are not available once your purchase is complete. These resources are delivered immediately and are yours to keep and download at any time.

Exceptions to Our No-Refund Policy for PDFs:
While all PDF product sales are final, we understand that rare situations may arise. We will gladly make exceptions in the following cases:

  • If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your files
