Every year I run a big history night for area homeschoolers and we spent the better part of the month working on projects. Last year my daughter did The Great Depression and one book that was amazing was "We Had Everything But Money". This book is full of first hand account stories from people who lived through it all. It is put out by Reiman publishers (the same people who produce such magazines as Reminise & Country Woman Magazine). I recommend you check it out!

I saw your email over on the Author's Circle and I just wanted you to know that I received this in my Google Reader.

We will be covering WWI for the second time next year and I am going to bookmark your entry so I can use some of your resources. The Art of the First World War intrigues me. :)

Thanks Cindy.
