		<description>My extension agent said you could freeze them whole.  Just stick them in the freezer.  Seems wierd so I havne&#039;t tried it.</description>

		<description>I remember making tons of fried zucchini with a friend in high school. He seasoned it with Old Bay and it was delicious. I&#039;ve told my oldest son that story and he periodically reminds me that I have yet to teach him how to make it.  I know I should get with it, but I rarely fry anything and I&#039;m afraid to start ;)</description>
